Process
Each therapist logs into their provider portal and builds a rich profile: specialisations, approach, cultural background, languages, and availability.
A simple guided questionnaire captures logistics, preferences, and — most importantly — a natural description of what the client is going through in their own words.
Semantic similarity matches the client's description against all provider profiles. The top three matches are presented, ranked by relevance — and the client books instantly.
